The Wheat Ridge High School Renovation and Addition delivered comprehensive improvements across a 15-acre campus, combining a 30,000-square-foot addition, a 130,000-square-foot renovation, and extensive site work.

The site scope encompassed the demolition and full replacement of 10 acres of existing infrastructure, including underground utilities, paving, natural turf practice areas, and a new artificial turf field.

Inside the existing building, extensive selective demolition cleared the way for renovation work, replacing outdated systems and finishes with contemporary construction that meets current code, accessibility, and educational standards. The combined scope represents a transformative reinvestment in the school campus, delivering a modernized facility that serves students, faculty, and the broader community for generations to come.
