The 100-key boutique hotel is designed to be LEED certified and includes a pedestrian bridge on level 2 of the hotel connecting to the existing Source market. Other amenities include a food-centric retail space with 2 distinctive restaurants, a New Belgium brewery, a knife shop, and centrally-located kiosks featuring rotating vendors in the podium levels.
