Three suites within the building received complete renovations with contemporary finishes. The fourth level received new bathrooms and corridor finishes, while the basement underwent a full transformation to house bike storage, bathrooms with showers, and two conference areas. The lobby received refreshed finishes throughout, including custom chandeliers and casework.
