The project is a conversion of the Colorado National Bank building into a Renaissance by Marriott consisting of 158,630 SF, 230 guest rooms with an upscale restaurant.

This historical renovation ensures the preservation of an important landmark within the City and County of Denver.

In addition to the renovation of the existing 6-story structure, 2 additional floors were added along with a new stairwell and entrance on the southwest side of the building. All of the existing marble exterior of the building has been preserved.
