Park Hill Family Health Clinic

The Park Hill Family Health Center is a 12,000-square-foot health clinic developed for Denver Health and Hospital Authority as part of an urban redevelopment initiative in the Park Hill neighborhood.

The facility brings much-needed primary care services to a historically medically underserved community, expanding Denver Health’s reach into an area where access to care had long been a critical gap.

The clinic houses 18 exam and procedure rooms, consultation and staff areas, blood labs, and a pharmacy, providing a comprehensive suite of services under one roof. The project was designed and constructed to meet LEED guidelines, with a focus on energy and water savings, reduced waste, improved indoor environmental quality, and greater comfort for both patients and staff, while lowering long-term operation and maintenance costs.
