The Morgan Community College Spruce Hall Expansion delivered a 13,800-square-foot addition designed to support the college’s growing nursing, health, and science programs.

The new construction incorporates dedicated nursing and simulation classrooms, fully equipped science laboratories, collaborative study areas, faculty offices, and a commons area, providing students and staff with modern, purpose-built spaces that reflect the evolving demands of healthcare education.

Complementing the addition, a 7,500-square-foot interior renovation of the existing facility reconfigured the space to accommodate expanded physical therapy and emergency medical services programs. Together, the two scopes of work position Morgan Community College to serve a greater number of students pursuing careers in high-demand healthcare fields.
