The Collaborative Care Center is a 12,000-square-foot, two-story healthcare facility designed to meet the growing needs of Clear Creek County residents, including those in Idaho Springs, Georgetown, Empire, and Silver Plume. Developed in partnership with Centura Health, the County’s Public and Environmental Health Department delivers essential services from the space.

The building features flexible, multipurpose areas including exam rooms, office space, and public meeting rooms, creating a versatile hub for community wellness and engagement. Designed to serve both immediate and long-term health needs, the facility reflects Alliance’s commitment to building spaces that support municipal goals and community resilience.
