Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Substation 7 introduced a 5,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building for the Sheriff’s Office, featuring a medical triage room, locker rooms, a secure armory, a break room, offices, and conference space designed for versatility and operational efficiency.

A companion 5,000-square-foot building supports fleet maintenance and storage, alongside an asphalt training track for operational readiness. The main structure also houses living quarters, a kitchen, meeting rooms, advanced communication facilities, and multipurpose conference areas and classrooms. Pre-engineered metal construction ensured efficient assembly, cost-effectiveness, and durability, aligning with the strategic requirements of both law enforcement operations and community engagement.
