The Arapahoe County Precinct 5 Substation project involved the adaptive reuse of an existing facility, converting it into a fully operational sheriff’s substation serving Arapahoe County.

The comprehensive scope encompassed environmental abatement, selective demolition, and full interior renovation of the 4,029-square-foot single-story building with a basement.

The finished space houses private offices, open cubicle workstations, two conference rooms, a staff kitchen, evidence lockers, locker rooms, and a dedicated armory, delivering a professional, mission-ready environment for Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office operations.
