A new detached maintenance building constructed to the south of the existing Events Center provides dedicated space for grounds and facility upkeep that supports the fairgrounds’ year-round programming demands. A storage building addition to the south of the existing East Wing delivers much-needed capacity to support the wide range of events and activities hosted at the fairgrounds.
Together, the two structures improve the overall functionality and long-term serviceability of the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds campus, allowing staff to more efficiently manage equipment, supplies, and facility operations without impacting the guest experience in adjacent event spaces.
