The Arapahoe County 911 Backup Call Center project involved the conversion of 2,400 square feet of existing back-of-house space within the Arapahoe County Administration Building into a state-of-the-art backup call center.

The facility houses 10 dispatch stations, a command center, a director’s office, an IT room, and a break room. This initiative enhanced community services by establishing a modern call center built to meet both current and future operational needs.
