The scope included playground renovations with new equipment, parking lot asphalt, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and landscaping improvements, as well as exterior and interior renovations addressing soffits, doors, and hardware.
Flooring and carpets were upgraded throughout the school, and roofing repairs improved drainage. An ADA lift was added to the gymnasium stage with supporting structural upgrades, and the fire alarm system received a full replacement. A new outdoor classroom with a shade structure and site furnishings completed the scope.
