Aims Community College

Brick-and-glass building with a circular entry fountain and sculpture in the foreground.

The Aims Community College project encompassed two major efforts on the Greeley Campus: the construction of a new Health and Science Facility and a complete renovation of the existing Ed Beaty Hall.

The new Health and Science Facility is a three-story, 63,000-square-foot building situated directly east of the Campus College Center, purpose-built to support the college’s growing academic programs with modern classrooms, fully equipped laboratories, and professional office space. The companion renovation of Ed Beaty Hall brought the existing 63,000-square-foot facility to the same standard, refreshing a space that houses a media center, learning center, classrooms, laboratories, and offices, ensuring continuity of quality across the campus and supporting Aims Community College’s mission of accessible, high-quality education for the region.
