The Willow Park Apartments project exemplifies Alliance’s proficiency in managing construction and renovation within occupied spaces, ensuring resident safety and comfort.

The Ochiltree Apartments project revitalizes and expands the property, blending historic charm with modern functionality. The development includes a 22,544 SF existing building and an 11,718 SF addition, seamlessly integrated to enhance the living and community experience.

Located at 901 Navajo Street and 9th Avenue in Denver’s La.Alma–Lincoln Park neighborhood, this seven-story, transit-oriented development brings 190 affordable homes to the heart of the city—including 79 permanent supportive housing units and 111 affordable units—ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments.

The Modera LoHi project enhanced Denver’s Lower Highland neighborhood with its 191,592-square-foot development featuring 132 apartment units.

The Arapahoe County 911 Backup Call Center project involved the conversion of 2,400 square feet of existing back-of-house space within the Arapahoe County Administration Building into a state-of-the-art backup call center.

The George is a historic renovation in downtown Denver. Alliance is converting levels 2 & 8 into warm white boxes for future tenants.

The Sister Mary Alice Murphy Center for Hope provides administrative office space for United Way staff alongside a resource and day center for individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. This design-build project encompassed a 10,000-square-foot, single-story wood frame structure.

The Burr Oak Design Center is a 7,700-square-foot office building constructed to an ultra-green standard, showcasing the latest in energy-efficient and environmentally responsible construction practices.

The Wheat Ridge High School Renovation and Addition delivered comprehensive improvements across a 15-acre campus, combining a 30,000-square-foot addition, a 130,000-square-foot renovation, and extensive site work.

The Arvada High School Renovation involved the renovation of the existing school kitchen, including the removal of all equipment, slab-on-grade, and interior finishes to accommodate new underground utilities, an upgraded HVAC system, new flooring, paint, hoods, and updated electrical and plumbing systems, followed by the installation of new kitchen equipment.

The Aims Community College project encompassed two major efforts on the Greeley Campus: the construction of a new Health and Science Facility and a complete renovation of the existing Ed Beaty Hall.

The Alicia Sanchez Elementary School Renovation II spans 55,800 square feet and delivered comprehensive upgrades across the campus.

The Thompson Valley EMS project involved the construction of a new 14,000-square-foot ambulance station, delivering a modern, purpose-built facility to support emergency medical services operations in the region.

Care Meridian Bowles is a 27,500-square-foot, 36-bed skilled nursing facility featuring a patient meal preparation kitchen, dining area, therapy rooms, hydrotherapy bath facilities, and full medical gas service in each room.

The Goshen County Alzheimer’s Care Center is an 18,000-square-foot, single-story facility in Torrington, Wyoming, purpose-built to serve the specialized memory care needs of patients across the Eastern Wyoming area.

The Collaborative Care Center is a 12,000-square-foot, two-story healthcare facility designed to meet the growing needs of Clear Creek County residents, including those in Idaho Springs, Georgetown, Empire, and Silver Plume. Developed in partnership with Centura Health, the County’s Public and Environmental Health Department delivers essential services from the space.

Dual-Brand Homewood Suites by Hilton and Hampton Inn and Suites at 550 15th Street in downtown Denver. Both hotels are housed under 1 roof and share over 282,000 SF of space.

The project is a conversion of the Colorado National Bank building into a Renaissance by Marriott consisting of 158,630 SF, 230 guest rooms with an upscale restaurant.

This Hilton Garden Inn hotel at 19th and Chestnut consists of 2 stories of underground parking, with a 12 story post-tension concrete tower and 8 story curtain wall glazed tower, for a total of 238,000 SF.

The Source Hotel is an 88,226 SF, 8-story hotel that connects to the existing retail market, also called The Source.
