Located at 901 Navajo Street and 9th Avenue in Denver’s La.Alma–Lincoln Park neighborhood, this seven-story, transit-oriented development brings 190 affordable homes to the heart of the city—including 79 permanent supportive housing units and 111 affordable units—ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments.
The building is constructed above one level of below-grade parking, with two stories of Type I concrete podium and five stories of Type III wood-framed structure. Amenities include outdoor terraces on the ground, second, and third floors, as well as approximately 89 parking spaces.
