Enterprise Green Communities
This national framework is designed to support green, affordable housing in the U.S. The criteria include guidelines for designing, building, and rehabilitating affordable homes to meet standards in energy-efficiency, healthy environments, and resiliency.

1. Affordable Housing Preservation and Production
Preserving existing affordable housing is just as critical as building new homes. This program supports both through financing, technical assistance, grants, training, and data tools.
